Act as a active team player, directly report to the Head of Corporate Services in Corporate Services team, assist in project management such as progress monitoring of Advertising projects, vendor management and coordinating with internal and external parties to ensure smooth completion of projects. Besides, you have to handle project documentations and system administrative support ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirement for Finance Assistant;

• Ÿ   High Diploma or above, preferably in Business Administration or related discipline
• Ÿ   At least 3 years of working in Administrative or Accounting field.
• Ÿ   Experience in handling project management system is preferable
• Ÿ   Passionate and cheerful characters and pleasant personality to work with the team
• Ÿ   Hard working, able to work under pressure
• Ÿ   Assist the team to manage ERP system
• Ÿ   Good communication skills
• Ÿ   Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
• Ÿ   This position can be converted to Permanent after completed 1 year contract
