Responsibilities & Requirement:
- Enable clients to implement an HR Service Delivery Model that aligns with the business strategy and builds a highly effective and efficient HR organization.
- Defines, develops and deploys the talent management strategy of the client through talent management analytics and tools
- Manage Business Process Re-engineering and Process Design Methodology
- Deploy Operational Excellence practices in HR Transformation engagements
- Provide Change Management expertise and guidance to clients undergoing various change initiatives
- Conduct HR Policy Design and harmonization
- Organization Design, Process Design and Change Management
- Candidates must have degree or above in HRM or related areas with minimum 8 years work experience, at least 5+ years of experience in Human Resource Transformation and Talent Management
- Excellent project management, change management and facilitation skills
- Ability to manage and engage stakeholders and build collaborative relationships with clients
- Strong leadership and coaching/mentoring skills
- Excellent team work and ability to work in a distributed delivery environment
- Experience in Financial and Insurance industry is highly desired
- Must fluent excellent English and Chinese
- Experience working in HR Consulting areas
