Responsibilities & Requirement:

• Enable clients to implement an HR Service Delivery Model that aligns with the business strategy and builds a highly effective and efficient HR organization.
• Defines, develops and deploys the talent management strategy of the client through talent management analytics and tools
• Manage Business Process Re-engineering and Process Design Methodology
• Deploy Operational Excellence practices in HR Transformation engagements
• Provide Change Management expertise and guidance to clients undergoing various change initiatives
• Conduct HR Policy Design and harmonization
• Organization Design, Process Design and Change Management
• Candidates must have degree or above in HRM or related areas with minimum 8 years work experience, at least 5+ years of experience in Human Resource Transformation and Talent Management
• Excellent project management, change management and facilitation skills
• Ability to manage and engage stakeholders and build collaborative relationships with clients
• Strong leadership and coaching/mentoring skills
• Excellent team work and ability to work in a distributed delivery environment
• Experience in Financial and Insurance industry is highly desired
• Must fluent excellent English and Chinese
• Experience working in HR Consulting areas
