- Able to handle all the correspondence of including tender estimation,
- Payment and variation, final account application independently
- Good knowledge of Construction details, Cost and Contract Conditions
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good Interpersonal and Communication skill
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD experience
- Knowledge in 3D Max will be an advantage
- Willing Working On Site
- Lower qualification will be considered for Trainee of Project Clerk
