About the job:

Due to business expansion, we are looking for an experienced candidate on system and new market accounting function setup to join the team.

The position will report to Accounting Manager and will be responsible for supporting the system & process implementation from Accounting & Reporting perspective within PANDORA. He/she will also assist new market start up work and coordinate between new markets and PANDORA Asia Pacific for accounting reporting and process implementations. Therefore we are asking caliber with strong tie to the daily business as well as working closely with each Asia markets accounting team and our Global organization to ensure that Finance requirements are met.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support the month-end process and statutory audit in each Asia market
• Review and analyze financial and management reports in each Asia market
• Preparation of cash flow and balance sheet forecast
• Assist in the preparation of accounting cycle and  business process documentation
• New market accounting function set up
• Assist in the system development and implementation
• Ensure proper implementation of internal controls
• Provide accounting policy and system training for new join staff
• Perform other duties as necessary

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines with minimum 5 years of relevant commercial accounting management
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Experienced in participating ERP implementations and understands how to succeed in making ERP systems support business requirements
• New market start up experience and experience in supporting regional offices are highly preferred
• Strong Asia market statutory knowledge
• Skillful user of other Microsoft office programs
• Proficiency in system knowledge and computer applications. Hands-on working experience with ERP implementation
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
