Responsibilities:

• Maintain and overview Purchase Order program for distribution of purchase orders to vendors within the Asia Pacific region;
• Consolidate, check and process item data and pricing in AS400;
• Analyze, prepare and generate sales and merchandising reports;
• Liaise with other internal departments in our region and vendors;
• Assist Manager to overview the workflow and procedure of the team;
• Handle other ad hoc projects as assigned by Manager.

Requirements:

• University graduate in retail or business disciplines;
• At least 5 years related working experience. Prior experience in merchandising field in Asia Pacific region is preferable;
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel and Access. Knowledge of AS400 is an advantage;
• Well-organized, detailed oriented with strong numerical sense and logical mind. Good communication and interpersonal skill. Able to perform multi-tasks simultaneously and work under pressure;
• Proactive, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility.
