Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Senior Managements.
- Manage sales calendar and correspondence; schedule meeting, conference calls; support extensive travel, accommodation and logistics arrangement
- repare business reports, presentation/meeting materials, minutes, agenda etc.
- Handle book keeping, expense claims, reimbursements, budget preparation etc.
- Oversee the office and shop operation, including facilities maintenance, supply, packaging and stock ordering
- Liaise with internal and external parties and work closely with Headquarter
- Ad hoc tasks and special projects as required
Requirements:- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, or related disciplines
- At least 3-5 years’ solid executive secretarial /assistant experience
- Proficiency in MS Offices, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Self-motivated, able to handle multitask and be flexible
- Must be a good team player, detailed mind, friendly, independent and good interpersonal skills
