Position Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Computer skill in Adobe Creative Suite are beneficial
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Able to take ownership of duties given
- Meticulous organizational skills
- Professional personal presentation
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English are essentials, Cantonese and Mandarin are a plus
- Candidates with experience working as a administrator/coordinator and/or design assistant are highly regarded
- Interest in interior design and an aesthetics sense are essential
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist Creative Director in all aspects of project development
- Preparing presentations
- Research
- Communicating with vendors for quotes, purchasing, & coordinating deliveries
- Purchasing items
- Coordinating deliveries
- Personal Assistant duties
