We need an energetic management team player who is well experienced and prepared to venture into his/her career in the field of product design and production.

Responsibilities :

1. To lead and manage the daily operations of the research and design team and production team.
2. To balance costs of production and quality.
3. To plan and ensure on time completion of projects.
4. To plan and utilize resources efficiently.
5. To train the team members and develop suitable technologies and vendors to support our production requirements.
6. To deliver working samples, prototypes, and mock up's rapidly.
7. To test and verify design solutions.
   
   
   

Requirements :

• A Bachelor Degree or a Higher Diploma in an engineering discipline /or relevant qualifications.
• Min. 5 yrs experience in design or production of which 3yrs or above experience should be in a managerial or supervisory level.
• Rich experience in metal ware fabrication such as extrusion, die casting, jigs and fixture design, turning, milling, grinding, polishing, hydraulic press bending, punching, shearing, anodizing, electro-plating, painting, powder coating. etc.
• Strong leadership and team building ability.
• Strong problem solving character,
• Proactive. result-oriented. organized, independent, self-motivated.
• Proficiency in Putonghua, Cantonese, and English.
• 5 day station in Shenzhen depot, attend weekly meeting at headquarters in Hong Kong on Saturday morning.
• Knowledge and experience in electronics is all advantage.
