• Daily operations and oversee all outlets
• Controlling the flow of accounts
• Monitor and follow up on employee training
• Be informed in the community of Barista World
• Maintain positive morals and professional attitude
• Provide instructions and guidance to employees regarding their job duties

Essential Qualifications:

• 5 years of management level experience in coffee related environment
• Process 
information/merchandise
 through
 POS
 register
 system
• Knowledge on maintenancing equipment (extraction, flow rate, grind, temp)
• One year of inventory and cost control experience
• Working knowledge in contracts
• Good people skills
• Must be fluent in English and Chinese
