Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sales order processing and follow up
• Provide quality service and product information to clients
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Prepare quotation and effective sales and marketing tools
• Get design briefing from client and transmitting clear and accurate messages to designers in turn
• Monitor the whole project progress
• Handle ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• F.7 or above with at least 1 year secretarial / administrative working experience preferred
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese
• Fluent in spoken Mandarin is definitely an advantage
• Self-motivated, mature and enjoy team work
• Proficiency in PC operations, Chinese Typing and MS office
• Good coordination skill and communication skill
• Able to work overtime and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge in printing industry is definitely an advantage
