Responsibilities:

• Lead the e-business development team to leverage on the latest IT developments to continuously upgrade the quality of the company online business
• Manage the project and development of the company's e-business platform from system design to implementation
• Drive internal support through collaboration with other functional departments to provide the highest quality and achieve company objectives
• Effectively engage and manage vendors, focusing on strong delivery capability and cost efficiency opportunities for the project
• Coach and develop team members in quality assurance and best practices for IT initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology related disciplines
• 8 years’ experience in related field including 3 years in managerial position, with solid e-business platform development experience is preferable
• Hands on experience in IT applications programming, e.g. ASP.Net, Microsoft .NET platform, SQL Server, C#, JavaScript and HTML
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skill, willing to work in competent, challenging, and fast-paced environment with tight schedule
• Strong leadership and project management skills, able to lead cross-functional business projects with sound interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
