Responsibilities
- Monitor the food quality, safety and hygiene of the warehouse
- Ensure the practicing food safety and hygiene standards are in compliance with the HACCP and ISO requirements.
- Conducts hygiene training for staff and annual hygiene refresher training to all food handlers
- Conduct investigations for customer complaints
- Documentation work on Food Product Specification
Requirements- Higher Diploma or above in food science or related disciplines
- At least 2 years working experience in food industry or catering services
- Sound knowledge in ISO22000 / HACCP/GMP
- Strong analytical, problem solving, planning and organization skills
- Responsible and self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in PC applications including Chinese word processing
- Suitable candidate with less experience / qualification may be considered as Quality Assurance Assistant
- Working location : Fotan.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
