Duties:

• Managing e-commerce platforms on websites, including growing user base, content management and feature enhancement
• Staying actively involved in social media activities, including blogging and online communities (e.g. Facebook, Weibo, Twitter, Instagram)
• Handling orders, enquiries and complaints from customers
• Providing support in various administrative work

Requirements:

• Diploma and/or above in marketing, advertising, e-commerce or related disciplines
• Solid experience in e-Commerce/digital marketing and running e-Shop business & operations
• Strong presentation and communication skills—able to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of management and different cultures
• Well organized, result-oriented, highly independent and strong problem-solving skills
• Creative and innovative thinking
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Chinese and English
