Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in driving CMA's relations with political parties and district groups through organising networking activities, and handling sponsorship requests and invitations from political group/district groups;
• Produce corporate communications materials such as annual report, official journal, collaterals, website, and press release;
• Prepare speeches for CMA leaders;
• Assist in all activities and events handled by corporate communications division such as press conference, press lunch;
• Perform all ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or above;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Knowledge in using computer including MS PowerPoint, Excel, Chinese Word Processing;
• At least 2 years of relevant experience;
• Having a good understanding of the political and regulatory landscape in Hong Kong, including key public policies and regulations is preferred;
• Self-motivated and outgoing.
