JOB DUTIES:
- Process customer orders and supplier orders
- Issue invoices, delivery notes
- Arrange delivery, shipping & logistics, import & export declarations
- Goods & samples checking, packing & relabelling
- Edit documents & specifications using Paint.Net, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, etc.
- File customer and supplier PO, invoices & correspondence, etc.
- Payment follow-up
- Office & sales administration work
- Source products from websites & catalogues, etc.
- Handle customer enquiries, contact suppliers, make quotations & follow up
- Prepare regular reports of sales & purchases, etc.
- Back up sales co-ordinators
REQUIREMENTS:- 3 years+ experience
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese
- Fluent in PC software (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Good telephone manner & technique
- Character: well-organized, proactive, self-discipline, responsible, hardworking, punctual, detail-minded, polite
- Able to work under pressure & tight schedules
- Willing to work overtime
- Willing to learn & be independent
