Responsibilities:

1. To lead the team to achieve brand’s objectives and targets in terms of sales, profitability and service standard.

2. Able to motivate staff to achieve sales target

3. Oversee and supervise the daily operations

4. Training and developing Sales Associates

5. Provide training to the floor staff

6. Formulate and implement strategies to maximize sales and profits

7. Establish and maintain the highest standard of store environment and customer service

8. Liaise with head office on all communication matters

9. Monitor the stock level and replenishment

Requirements:

1. 5 years’ experience in retail, with at least 3 years at management level and experience in selling kids wear

2. Meticulous, able to lead and drive sales performance

3. Strong leadership and people management skills

4. Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

5. Computer literate in Microsoft Office

6. Immediate available is highly preferable

7. Working location: Causeway Bay.
