• Point person charged with filling customer orders by matching the customer's requirements with the healthcare professionals in the Company's part time, or 'freelance', network. The position will involve significant interaction with both the Company's clients as well as the freelance professionals in our network.
• Requires work in close coordination with our Company's current team members, who may assist in the matching process.
• Applicant will also be required to cross-sell services to existing clients through their ongoing dialogue with the client.

Requirements

• Three or more years experience as an office administrator, executive assistant or other position requiring excellent multi-tasking and computer skills; well organized individual who is able to juggle multiple projects at once; resourceful and clever
• Good with people, pleasant personality, patient; "high EQ"
• Healthcare industry knowledge a "plus" but not mandatory
• Able to work well with colleagues; team-oriented
