Responsibilities :
- To assist superior route management and development of defined markets and trade lanes;
- To prepare quotation to agents;
- To create/ approve/ maintain Customer Code for agent in the system;
- To handle operation for triangular shipment;
- To support Asia Pacific offices as a regional helpdesk for agent related matters.
Requirements:- Degree in Business Administration/ Logistics or equivalent;
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in customer service or sales support in sea and air freight forwarding field:
- Eager to develop career in freight forwarding industry;
- Aggressive, self-motivated and result-oriented;
- Proficiency in MS Office Application, especially in Excel & Powerpoint;
- Good communication skills, good command of English and Mandarin;
- Willing to travel and work abroad;
- Immediate available would be an advantage.
