Airfreight Export Operations Clerk (Shift Duties)
Job Duties:

• Handle Airfreight (AFR) export daily operations activities
• Process shipping documents
• Match the pickup order and all relevant shipping documents with the booking slips
• Ensure compliance to the customers’ shipping requirements/instructions
• Ensure all assigned jobs are completed efficiently and transmitted timely
• Fax documents and scan pre-alerts if required

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years’ experience in airfreight forwarding field
• F. 5 or above
• Basic knowledge in AFR export handling / documentation
• Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Shift duties is required

Seafreight Operations Clerk

Job Duties:

• Handle day to-day operations, documentation and transactions in the forwarding area.
• Process shipping documents, send pre-alerts and shipping advices to customers.
• Match the pickup order and all relevant shipping documents with the booking slips
• Ensure compliance to the customers’ shipping requirements/instructions
• Ensure all assigned jobs are completed efficiently and transmitted timely

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in ocean freight forwarding field
• F. 5 or above
• Basic knowledge in shipping handling / documentation
• Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook)

We offer 13 months salary, medical, shift & overtime allowance and 14 days Annual leave will be offered to right candidate.
