Responsibilities

• Handle full set of I/E shipping and banking documents related to L/C
• Allocate and arranging the goods with different warehouse and manufacturing units in different location
• Liaise with marketing and purchasing departments to consolidate the goods for the best schedule and cost
• Coordinate with factories, customers, forwarders and shipping companies for daily shipping process
• Keep track of shipment schedule to ensure prompt delivery of all orders
• Update timely reports and records

Requirements

• Completed Form 5 or above with at least 4 years’ working experience in Trading or Manufacturing Industry
• Solid experience in handling of I/E document, L/C and Tradelink system
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office plus strong typing skill (Chi & Eng)
• Mature, proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate available preferred
