Duties
1.) Accounting duties of Accounts Payable:
- Process receipt of trade invoices in system
- Monthly payment to vendor in form of bank transfer and cheque payment
- Prepayment to vendor
- Follow up with vendor payment status
- Check offset schedule with vendor and customer
- Rental payment arrangement
- Open vendor account in system
- Assist other ad-hoc project of finance dept
2.) Administrative duties:
- Receptionist work, such as handling incoming call, greeting guests, etc
- Flight booking and hotel reservation
- Daily admin work such as filing, office maintenance
- Assist other ad-hoc projects of office
Requirements
- F.7 or Non-degree Tertiary, with 2 years accounting education background
- 1 year relevant experience in accounting field preferable
- good PC literacy
- Well self-management, willing to learn, able to work under pressure
- Good written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
