Job Description          :

• Preparation of consolidated accounts, annual budget, financial analysis and reports etc;

• Monitor financial control ;

• Liaise with external auditor on annual audit & taxation matters;

• Co-ordinate with bankers on treasury matters ;

• Assist in the preparation of annual/interim reports for listed company;

• Assist in all ad hoc projects;

• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS             :

• University graduate;

• HKICPA or equivalent professional qualification;

• At least 3 years big 4 auditing experiences;

• 4-5 years of commercial (property sector) all-rounded accounting experiences ;

• PRC experience is a must;

• Good PC literacy in MS office;

• Mature, self initiative and possess good interpersonal skills and analytical mind;

• Good team player and able to work under pressure;

• Well-versed in written and spoken Mandarin and English
