• to report to Chief Financial Offier
• to prepare financial statements, group consolidation and management reports.
• to handle the audit, HK & PRC tax compliance and company secretarial matters with budgets and forecasts.
• to take care of HK and PRC HR functions including employment contracts, payroll, medical insurance, MPF, leave record and tax filing etc.
• to have good practical knowledge of EXCEL and WORD.
• Able to take actions successfully from financial analysis & work in a company with fully integrated software.
• Very detail oriented, can analysze reports minutely, labour law & good computer literate.
• Willing to work overtime & under pressure.
• Good in English speaking and writing
• Preferably have audit experence.
• Immediate available preferably.
