Duties:
- Purchase Order Processing and Shipment Follow Up
- Shipping Coordination Between Vendors and Forwarders
- Vendor’s Payment Processing and Follow Up
- Answering Incoming Enquiries
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned for Department
- Report to Manager
Requirements:
- Diploma or Above
- Knowledge in MS Office
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- At least 3-Years Experiences working in Trading or related Field
- Knowledge in MYOB system is an advantage
- Responsible, Cheerful & Initiative
- Immediate Available is Highly Appreciated
