Key Responsibilities:

• To handle full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management etc.
• To formulate, review and implement HR strategies & policies proactively
• To coordinate with internal and external parties in relation to HR and office administration functions
• To prepare HR and administrative reports and the related analyses
• To perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Human Resources Management and/or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience
• Mature and hardworking with good working attitude and strong sense of responsibility
• Independent with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC skills (MS Excel, Word)
• Candidates with less experience or qualification will be considered for junior position
