JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Fully support Senior Training Specialist on full spectrum of training functions in Asia Pacific (training needs analysis, planning, coordination, evaluation, etc) 
• Responsible for Training administration (scheduling, e-mailing and communicating of training programs with different parties)
• Coordinate with external training vendors and hotels on the logistics and accommodation arrangements
• Manage and monitor training database, budget and invoicing
• Prepare evaluation summary reports after training
  • Assist in specific HR projects initiatives
  • Closely coordinate with different HR teams in Asia Pacific
  • Assist with various Regional HR events, meetings and guest visits

KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES

• Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good planning, coordination skills and project management
• High level of customer focus
• Proficiency in Words, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proactive, result-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure
• Strong passion in Training & Development field
