Responsibilities:
- Execute client’s order including place order, record keeping and order confirmation
- Handle inquiries from client and relationship managers
- Provide administrative support to relationship manager
- Assist the department for project
Requirements:
- University graduate with a degree in Business or other related discipline.
- At least 1 year’s working experience in finance or banking industry. Basic knowledge on insurance business is preferred.
- Current holder or ready to possess SFC Licenses RA1 (Dealing in Securities).
- Good communication skills.
- Language proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
- Putonghua-speaking experience with Taiwanese or Mainland Chinese would be an advantage.
- Well-versed in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other Microsoft Office application.
