Requirements :-
- Degree / Higher Diploma holder of Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in building or construction projects
- Calculation & estimation of the quantities of different elements of a building
- Knowledge of the costs of different materials
- Knowledge of building contracts & contractual law
- Fluent in Cantonese and English
- Immediate availability is preferred
