Requirements:
- Diploma /High Diploma / Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
- 5-8 years experience in private section building / interior fitting out projects
- Responsible for tendering, interim payment application, variation claim, contractual claims, settlement of final account, subcontractor subletting
- Ability to work independently
- Good command in English, Chinese and Cantonese
- Less experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor
