Responsibilities:

• Work closely with users, IT team, stakeholders and designers on site function and enhancement;
• Collect website analytics data and market research and provide recommendations to improve on site content & development ;
• Conduct user research and gather user requirements for site development;
• Monitor and review project's progress to meet project's deadline with quality deliverables;
• Prepare project documentations including user requirement specification, project progress report and UAT plan etc;
• Execute UAT testing for existing and new site development;
• Monitor and drive content development team to develop concise content for the site;
• Key role in participation of new site features and content planning and prioritization of project tasks.

Requirements:

• Degree holders in ecommerce or related disciplines;
• Minimum 2 years' experience in ecommerce related projects;
• Possess strong sense and knowledge of ecommerce market trend;
• Conversant with MS Office applications;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Multi-tasks with Can-Do attitude. Independent, organized, good problem solving and analytic skill.
