The Job:

• Liaise with internal departments for achieving customer quality expectation
• Conduct advanced product quality planning including risk analysis, control plan development, planning of design verification, production validation tests and yield evaluation
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints and provide on-site support
• Identify non-conformities against quality system and request for corrective action
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience, preferably with quality and project management in automotive industries
• Knowledge of QS9000 core tools: APQP/PPAP/FMEA/MSA/SPC and ISO9000 and TS16949
• Good knowledge of international safety standards and regulations
• Experience of handling key customer visit, audit, presentation and qualification
• Good communication skill with detail mind and self-initiative
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
