Responsibilities:

• Assist Technical Manager in providing total quality assurance and control service to all markets, ensuring the company standards, UK & European safety regulations and product specifications being met;
• Manage 3^rd parties to carry out full factory audits on potential and existing suppliers in accordance with the company corporate policy;
• Ensure implementation of company quality system at every stage of product development;
• Measure and monitor the technical key performance indicators (KPIs);
• Report to Technical Manager, liaise with Country Buying Team and merchandising team on technical and production issues;
• Work with all active factories to ensure that they fully understand the company product requirements before production and to resolve any issues that may be involved.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 5 years working experience with all types of furniture in quality assurance role;
• A tertiary qualification in a technical or scientific discipline essential;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin;
• Knowledge of both UK and European standards is a prerequisite;
• Willing to frequently travel within Asia region, mainly in Mainland China.
