Reporting to the General Manager, the above candidate is expected to be able to provide technical advice and training to a team of service technicians. He/she should also be able to maintain a strong hold on the service workflow already implementing in the company. Externally, he/she should be able to establish good customer relationship and aiming to achieving high level of customer satisfaction. He/she should also represent the Company to attend service training and liaise service issues with overseas manufacturer.
Requirements:
- University Graduates in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering;
- At least 5 years of relevant experience with solid on-field technical skill;
- Good interpersonal skill and leadership ability;
- Good command in English and Mandarin;
- Good computer knowledge
- Team work spirit
Our Offer :
- 5-Day Week Work, 09:00 to 18:00
- Monthly Salary: $16,000 up
