• Preparation of client invoices as well as pay statements for the agent healthcare professionals who provide services to our clients
• Interact with our clients if and when billing questions occur
• Preparation of a monthly P&L and balance sheet statement for management review using Peachtree software
• Work to ensure proper internal controls and record keeping; adherence to "best practices"
• Coordinate with the company's external accountants

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree with good grades from a reputable university
• Three or more years of accounting / book keeping experience
• Comfort with interacting with clients
• Healthcare industry knowledge a "plus" but not mandatory
• Resourceful, goal-oriented, good team player, committed to transparency and best practices
