    This role will report to the Director, involving in Finance & Account management, strategic planning and day-to-day operations

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the full spectrum of accounting and general office administration functions, both strategic and operational
    • Updating A/R & A/P records and preparing monthly sales statement
    • Updating purchase order files & inventory records
    • Responsible for the annual audit reports
    • Liaise with external Accountant and Auditor
    • Secretarial support to Director
    • Maintaining daily office administrative operations effectively and efficiently
    • Daily office duties such as dealing with banks and suppliers
    • Documentation updating and filing and comprehensive handling of accounting documentation
    • Arrange travel and accommodation reservations
    • Handle office equipment procurement & maintenance
    • Perform ad hoc assignments and projects as required

    Requirements

    • Candidate should have at least 3-4 year solid experience in accounts and administrative experience in multi-national companies or financial institutions
    • Bachelor Degree in Finance and Accounting or related disciplines or Higher Diploma with LCCI higher or above.
    • Confident client-facing individuals who are strongly focused on delivering high quality and sustainable solutions to demanding business users
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with team members and stakeholders
    • Strong leadership, well-organized, multi-tasking and able to meet deadlines
    • Working experience in Asia Pacific region ideally across multiple countries will have a definite advantage
    • Less experience will be considered as Accounting and Administrative Officer

These are for the purposes of building fabric, services, systems and equipment in order to meet required objectives of contracted service levels and assist in management of project works assigned by direct superior regarding to technical aspects.
