Job Description:

• Handle full set of accounts and month-end closing;
• Responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, daily cash positioning and bank reconciliation;
• Handle staff reimbursement claims;
• Prepare management reports, budget and provide financial analysis are required;
• General accounting and clerical supports;
• Assist in ad-hoc financial related projects which are assigned by Manager.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting and with HKICPA or equivalent professional qualification minimum of 5 years relevant working experience.
• Handle full set of accounts independently;
• Responsible, eager to learn, willing to accept additional tasks and work under reasonable pressure;
• Proficient in using Word, Excel and Chinese word processing and Accounting software like MYOB;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Immediate available is preferred.
