Scope of Work

• Responsible for full spectrum HR - general administration duties;
• Cope with the daily C&B Operations including  medical, MPF, leave management & benefits administration, and taxation documents;
• Perform analysis and reporting for headcount, attrition, budgets
• Work closely with internal party to identify training and development needs; plan and implement training and development workshops; facilitate in HR related training workshops;
• Maintain HR policies and procedures; provide communication and guidance to managers and employees
• Work closely with the business to drive projects/ company events / functions...etc.

• Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Over 3-5  years of related HR - Admin. task experience gained from sizable MNCs
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and preferably Mandarin
• Good knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
• Flexibility and ability to multi-task and prioritise
