    Job Requirements:

    - Degree or above, preferably in Business Administration or related disciplines (final year students are also welcome to apply)

    - F.7 candidates with 1 year related working experience are also considered

    - Well-organized, self-motivated and detail-minded

    - Handle multi-tasks in different levels and independent with strong communication and supervision skills

    - Good spoken and written English and Mandarin

     

    Job Responsibilities:

    -Report to Administration & HR Manager

    -Responsible for full spectrum of office administration function such as office supplies, repair & maintenance, and office security and recruitment etc.

    -Contact and negotiate with vendors for preparing quotation

    -Check the billings and prepare expenses reports for management’s approval

    -Work closely with all departments on administrative related issues

    -Assist in formulating and implementing administrative policies and procedures

    -Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors
