RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with relocation agency to support assignees’ settling in Hong Kong, e.g. visa, home search, school search, culture training, language learning, shipment, etc
• Support all vendor payment and individual benefits claim for assignees
• Manage assignees’ leave record
• Maintain p-files in well-organized situation
• Contribute to local projects on efficiency improvement, e.g. process, tools & vendor management
• Assist AP Regional Leader on tasks assigned

 REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree or above, prefer in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• At least 2 years' HR experience in international companies with Expatriate Management is plus
• Customer service oriented with good team spirit
• Strong communication skills, self-motivated and high sense of responsibility and personal integrity
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Good PC skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Able to prioritize and work under pressure
• Able to handle confidential cases in a discreet manner
