• 透過電話跟進逾期還款的客戶
• 監察逾期貸款賬戶及聯絡外部追討服務供應商採取追討行動
• 處理一般文書工作，支援部門日常運作

要求:

• 工作地點: 銅鑼灣
• 合法於香港工作
• 穩定工作紀錄(無工作經驗者也會考慮)
• 有責任心，成熟及處事獨立
• 具有良好溝通技巧及電話禮儀
• 一般英文；精通菲律賓語者優先考慮
• 具有一般電腦技能包括MS Words 及Excel
• 能即時上班者優先

Responsibilities:

• Follow up repayments with delinquent customers by telephone dunning
• Monitor overdue loan accounts and liaise with external collection agents regarding recovery actions
• Handle clerical work, support daily operation of the department

Requirements:                    

• Working Location: Causeway Bay
• Legal to work in Hong Kong
• Stable working history (Candidates without working experience will also be considered)
• Responsible, mature and able to work independently
• With good communication skill and telephone manner
• Good command in English; fluent in Filipino or Tagalog will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Words & Excel
• Immediate availability is highly preferable
