RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Perform full spectrum of human resources services to the line department (office staff) including manpower planning, talent resourcing, staff movement and all staff matters
2. Serve as HR Business Partner of line department to understand their business and human resources needs, provide professional HR support and advice to them
3. Provide HR advice to line department on staff matters, performance management and staff counseling
4. Deliver support on employee relations activities and help to foster good employee relations
5. Assist in improving and streamlining HR process / practices and enhance HR capabilities
6. Assist in updating HR policies, program and practices to comply with appropriate governmental laws and regulations, company culture and best practices

 REQUIREMENTS :

1. University graduate or equivalent
2. Minimum 6 to 8 years’ HR experience with multinational company, experienced in handling office staff recruitment
3. Well versed of Employment Ordinance
4. Proactive, approachable with pleasant personality
5. Detail-minded and good organization abilities
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
7. Good command of English and Chinese
8. Proficient in MS office and HR software e.g. Oracle/IPL
