Responsibilities:
- Provide full secretarial and administration support to Directors
- Co-ordinate and arrange internal and external meetings;
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Form 7 or above with formal secretarial training
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Organized, able to work under pressure
