The Job

• Handling and monitoring office administration, procurement of office equipment, furniture and stationery, monitoring vendors' services, preparing simple disbursement reports, and other office administrative duties
• Arrange license and insurance for food retail shops
• Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the Administration Service Team
• Handling retail shop renovation, ensuring that work schedules as well as the cost and quality control of contractors’ work are properly managed
• Ad hoc duties

Requirements

• Non-degree tertiary education in any discipline
• 3 - 5 years of all-rounded office administration experience
• Proficiency in spoken & written English and Cantonese
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Computer literate in MS Office
• Well-organized, independent, detail-oriented
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in dealing with external contractors and suppliers
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with positive and hardworking attitude
• Experience in food industry is an advantage
• Immediate available is a MUST

Candidates with less experience will be considered as "Asst Admin Officer".
