- Handling and monitoring office administration, procurement of office equipment, furniture and stationery, monitoring vendors' services, preparing simple disbursement reports, and other office administrative duties
- Arrange license and insurance for food retail shops
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the Administration Service Team
- Handling retail shop renovation, ensuring that work schedules as well as the cost and quality control of contractors’ work are properly managed
- Ad hoc duties
Requirements
- Non-degree tertiary education in any discipline
- 3 - 5 years of all-rounded office administration experience
- Proficiency in spoken & written English and Cantonese
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Computer literate in MS Office
- Well-organized, independent, detail-oriented
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in dealing with external contractors and suppliers
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with positive and hardworking attitude
- Experience in food industry is an advantage
- Immediate available is a MUST
