Responsibilities:
- Able to handle full set of I/E and banking documents (L/C and D/P) independently
- Handle daily Sales order and Purchase Order
- Shipment booking and follow-up, communication between the business parties for logistics issues.
- Provides administrative support in daily operation.
Requirements:
- F.7 or above.
- Minimum 5 years related experience in Shipping or Purchasing.
- Good Command in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Familiar with shipping processes, custom brokerage & inspection.
- Mature and able to work independently under tight schedule.
- Immediate available preferred.
