• Degree holder in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
• Corporate member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent is a must;
• Minimum 10 years' relevant working experience in which 5 years in building services co-ordination in building projects;
• Minimum 5 years post qualification experience in the design, supervision and coordination of construction projects;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
