Responsibilities:

• Initiate design concept, space planning, design development and material selection
• Independently handle commercial/residential projects from design concept to site supervision/coordination during construction period.
• Handle presentation with concept images, perspective drawings and other means to demonstrate the design
• Handle full set of working / construction drawings;
• Handle clients, coordinate with internal design team, contractors and suppliers
  

Requirements:

• Strong design sense and creative mind
• Responsible, Strong Passion for Interior Design
• Work independently, self-motivated, hard-working & energetic
• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent
• 5 years or relevant working experience in interior design field;
• Able to handle full set design drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop. Sketchup;
• Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage;

Less experiences will be considered as an Assistant designer.
