Job Responsibilities:

· To support pre-sales & after-sales product application, demonstration, installation and maintenance
· To provide technical seminars on Library System and other hardware/software system integration
· Support tender process, from project planning, execution and commissioning.
· Work with system integrators on project execution and after sales service
· Diagnose and resolve hardware and software technical issues; provide concise details for escalation to development team for further analysis and resolution €

Job Requirements:

· Degree in Electronic, Software, Mechatronics or related science discipline
· Minimum 4 years related working experience including project management role
· Solid hands on experience in hardware / software integration and implementation
· Strong troubleshooting / field service skills in hardware / software systems · Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese, Mandarin is added advantage.
· Knowledge and basic troubleshooting skills for Windows Operating Systems; Understanding of TCP/IP and networking
· Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
