Responsibilities:

• To provide technical guidance to pre-sales personnel, assist account manager in pre-sales activities and review the current status of client technology processes.
• To achieve Company target by pre-sales activities management on management print system.
• To plan and modify product configurations or solution to meet client requirements.
• To solve complex technical problems in addition to good communication and analytical skills.

Requirements:-

• Degree in Electronic / Computer Science / Engineering or related principle.
• At lease 5 years experience on technical support or IT solution support.
• Technical know how of pay per printing solution pre-sales support would be an advantage.
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Customer-oriented with good communication and presentation skills.
