Key accountabilities

• Assist on processing sales orders and handling customer enquiries & applications.
• Responsibilities
• Follow up customer inquiries and service requests by Sales department by phone and email
• Handle clerical work of the department
• Coordinate with internal departments for ensuring total customer satisfaction
• Regular review of working procedures and provide recommendations
• Perfom ad-hoc tasks as assigned

 Requirements

• Form 7 or above
• Fluent English and Cantonese is required; Mandarin is preferable
• Proficiency in Chinese word processing with at least 25wpm or above
