    Our Client is a global market leader in providing international private medical insurance. They are building a new Customer Service Team to serve their brokers, top-tier corporate and private clients. We welcome experienced Customer Service individuals who has strong fluency in English, not just from Banking and Insurance sectors, but also from Hotel, Tourism, Retail industries etc. Our Client is offering a very attractive remuneration package together with a career path for the right candidate.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Provide top-notch, professional customer service to brokers, and top-tier clients via telephone and written correspondence
    • Proactively deal with customers in a warm and friendly manner
    • Handle product enquiries, complaints, claims and billing inquiries
    • Ability to understand each individual cases thoroughly in order to serve the client in a professional manner
    • Take the initiative and responsibility in providing a solution to the client's request
    • Proactively taking the ownership in handling each complaint and liaising with internal departments to ensure the best possible solution is found everytime
    • Excellent Telephone manners
    • Build good relationship with all clients and internal departments
    • Handle any ad-hoc projects or tasks

     

     

    Requirements

    • Matriculated/ University graduate in any discipline
    • Minimum 3 years of customer service/ account servicing experience gained from Bank, Insurance, Hotel, Retail Chain, or Travel / Tourist industries
    • Basic knowledge in medical insurance products
    • IIQE 1,2 is preferred but not compulsory, is required to sit and pass within probation period (Company will bear all the costs towards study and exams)
    • Energetic, proactive and highly customer focus mindset, with attention to details personality
    • Ability to handle premium customer segment
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • A strong team player and is able to works well locally and globally if necessary
    • Articulate in English and Cantonese is a MUST (Native English Speaker is highly considered). Strong in both written English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
    • Immediate availability is highly considered
